Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
 
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Have all tags attached.
• Have the hygiene seal fully intact.
• Show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup or washing.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene seals cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
