For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene seal fully intact.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an eligible item.
• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
• All original tags and hygiene seals must remain attached and intact.
• Items with removed, damaged or broken hygiene seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume or damage may not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
