• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. • All original tags and hygiene seals must remain attached and intact. • Items with removed, damaged or broken hygiene seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume or damage may not be accepted. • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
